Operation Assistant Manager

Principal Accountabilities:

Assist in the overall retail operations for all outlet.
Assist in the implementation of business plan, marketing program and promotional activities.
Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of retail business including people management, operation issues, stock replenishment and etc.
Liaise directly with OP / Staffs to ensure retail excellence in accordance to brand guidelines through store fit out, customer service, VM and operations.
Monitoring staffs duty roster & job performance.
Provide key support in sales administration and customer support services which include order processing, handling customer enquiries and etc.
Process, coordinate and validate daily sales order.
Compound Group / Personal Sales Report, Punch card, OT form, etc.

Visual Merchandiser cum Corporate Sales

General Job Scopes:

  • To set the guidelines for products planogram, interior/ exterior displays, point of purchase display, window displays and seasonal displays.
  • Identify and source for props, materials and product mock-up.
  • Visit retail outlets to coach in-store retail teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
  • To produce seasonal/ festive gift sets/ hampers configuration.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to grow sales from the corporate channel.
  • Identify new markets/ events/ joint collaboration.
  • Manage and follow through with corporate clients' needs.
  • Review, develop, administer and ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.

Graphic Designer

Principal Accountabilities:

Design all creative needs for Retail & E-commerce division. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing collaterals, point of purchase displays, retail signage, product photography, email, website and Facebook campaigns, product catalogs, and ads.
Work directly with Marketing / Operations / Management team to develop design concepts and implementations that are consistently on target with brand objectives and consistent with corporate branding guidelines.
Develop and continuously innovate E-commerce website based on data analysis, market trends and business requirements.
Direct in house photo shoots (when taking product photographs in-house).
Respond to logo and artwork requests by internal or external parties.

Job Specifications:

3-5 years of related experience in product development, marketing or graphic design
Expertise in Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, InDesign CS6 (Mac environment)
Some knowledge of digital prepress processes as well as printing processes (4-color and spot-color)
Basic knowledge of flash, CSS& html and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail from start to finish
Time management skills to manage competing and changing priorities
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Proven ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work well with a variety of people across all levels of the organization
Willingness to assist with Marketing team should the need arise
